This is a laminated glass/epoxy sheet manufactered under heat and high pressure to give a unique product which is ideal for flat leaf vibrator springs and electrical insulation of rail tracks.
We have been the distributor for 3M for this product since 1980 and carry an extensive range of sheets in stock. Springs can be cut and drilled from stock sheets.

It is usually clear, but an opal sheet for lighting is also stocked. It is used as an impact resistant glazing material.

PA 6, PA 66 - These are among the most important for technical applications.
PA 6 G - Produced in the monomer casting process for even better strength and abrasion/wear resistance while having a low specific weight for improved balance and reduction of vibration. Also has very good sliding properties and good damping capacity for the reduction of vibrations and noise.
Oilamid® (PA 6 G + Oil) - A modification of PA 6 G especially designed for sliding applications through the addition of oil, solid lubricants and stabilizers. Has excellent sliding properties, exceptional wear resistance, lower moisture absorption and better dimensional stability.
Calaumid® (PA 6/12 G, PA 12 G) - Blended polyamide material for specialized applications having higher impact and shock resistance and less tendency to absorb moisture. The ideal engineering material where increased shock and vibration load can be expected or where there are higher demands on fatigue resistance or elasticity.
Calaumid® can also be combined with metal cores for applications in the field of drive components.
